Agreement

By using brindlow.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. Brindlow is a trading name of Sheva L. Y. Group LTD, Maurizio Vitale Street 9, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6965104, Israel.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its size, and we do not invent specifications we cannot verify with our supplier. Colours can look different on different screens. If an item arrives materially different from its description, that is covered by our refund policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Very occasionally an item is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable after you order it. If that happens we will contact you and either honour the order, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund you in full. We will not quietly substitute a different item.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where we cannot ship to the address, or where an item is genuinely unavailable — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store card details.

Delivery

We ship to the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your account and conduct

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to resell in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
