Brindlow is a small US company selling things that make a home more comfortable. We started with bedding for people who sleep hot, and we add a category only once we can source it properly — cooling bedding first, then things for pets.
How this works
We do not run a warehouse. We work with a fulfilment partner who holds our products in the United States and ships them straight to you, usually within 5–8 business days — call it one to two weeks, because carriers do not count weekends and we would rather you were pleasantly surprised than let down. Keeping stock off our books is what lets a queen-size cooling topper cost what it does here.
We say this plainly because you deserve to know how the thing you bought reaches your door.
What we will not do
- Sell you something we cannot actually ship.
- Invent measurements or materials we cannot verify with our supplier.
- Bury the delivery time until after you have paid.
- Add a category just because it is trending, before we can stand behind it.
What is on every product page
The exact size in centimetres, what it is made of, what it costs to ship (nothing), and how long it takes to arrive. If any of that turns out to be wrong when the box opens, our refund policy covers you and we will not ask you to post a mattress pad back to us.
