Who we are

Brindlow is a trading name of Sheva L. Y. Group LTD, a company registered in Israel. Our postal address is Maurizio Vitale Street 9, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6965104, Israel. Contact us at hello@brindlow.com.

What we collect

When you buy something: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and order details. We never see or store your full card details — payment is handled by PayPal, who process it directly.

When you browse: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

If you join our email list: your email address.

Why we collect it

To take and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — if you have opted in — to send you email about products.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, who run our store and process orders.
  • PayPal and Airwallex, who handle payment.
  • Our fulfilment partner, who ships your order. They receive your name,

address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. They receive nothing else.

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel described below.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used.

We also use the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that you visited, what you looked at, and whether you bought — so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like you. You can opt out through your Meta ad settings, your browser's cookie controls, or the cookie banner on our site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally seven years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brindlow.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests cannot remove records we are legally required to keep, such as completed orders.

If you are in California, you have specific rights under the CCPA, including to know what we collect and to ask us not to sell it — we do not sell it. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
