Asking about an order

Include your order number — it is in the subject line of your confirmation email, and it starts with #. With it we can see exactly where your parcel is; without it we have to ask you for it and lose a day.

If your order has already shipped, the tracking link in your dispatch email is the fastest answer available: we see the same carrier updates you do.

Asking before you buy

Ask. Sizes, materials, whether a topper suits a particular mattress, whether a bed suits a particular dog — these are better answered before the box arrives than after. If we do not know, we will say we do not know rather than guess.

• How long does delivery take? — 5–8 business days, about one to two weeks, shipped free from within the United States.
